The top part of screen above shows the variance between daily unit sales for the top 20 performing stores during the 9-week promotion.

Unit volume by weekday is plotted along the horizontal X axis. The text to the right of each bar represents the percentage variance between unit sales to the previous day. The greener the bar, the greater unit sales increased from one day to the next.

While unit sales in all stores declined on Monday and Tuesday due to consumer shopping patterns and out-of-stocks, the "best of the best" stores increased sales on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays due to finer-tuned store orders and receipt of more product shipments.

The bottom part of the screen shows that many top-performing stores are in the same general geographic area.
